As part of its Cancer Cell Map and Host Pathogen Map Initiatives, the Quantitative Biosciences Institute (QBI) at UCSF will host a virtual workshop on Thursday, May 14, 2026 led by Christopher Churras and Jing Chen from the Ideker Lab at UC San Diego.
The workshop, titled, "Visualizing and Analyzing Data With Networks and the Cytoscape Software Ecosystem" will cover the core Cytoscape functionality on both desktop and web.
