Hosted by Elsevier Life Science Solutions
Organized by The Cancer Cell Map Initiative (CCMI)
Elsevier Pathway Studio® software utilizes MedScan® Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract facts from most of the entirety of published biomedical literature. The software enables scientists to create their own personal knowledgebase from biomedical areas of interest. Literature facts can be assembled textually or within graphical networks describing disease and healthy states which can be used to identify key target molecules and specific interventional interactions. Graphical modeling allows for import of experimental data and interpretation of results based on a priori knowledge.
